The free online course Study Skills provides detailed information on a variety of techniques you can use to greatly improve your study skills. The course begins by showing you how learning occurs most effectively in a cycle of four steps: Preparing, Absorbing, Capturing and Reviewing. The four main methods and formats of note taking are explained.
