Plus précisément, le cours va : (i) introduire les principes de la viabilité de la dette ; (ii) couvrir le cadre récemment révisé de viabilité de la dette pour les pays à faible revenu (CVD-PFR) ; et (iii) présenter le cadre de la stratégie de gestion de la dette à moyen terme (SDMT).
