Sam, Udacity student & Lead Engineer Meet Sam, a Lead Engineer at GE Intelligent Platforms in Illinois who took our Intro to Data Science course. Sam shared his Udacity experience with us:Key to Success: Study Buddy! I signed up to Udacity with my project manager so that we could discuss and work through the material together. We scheduled regular times during the week and it really helped to keep a fast pace through the material. Best decision ever! Next time I'll organize an office study group, it's far more fun than doing it 'single-player' and helps with commitment. Keep In Mind: Real data is never pretty. Most raw, real-world data that I've handled is equivalent to a pile of post-it notes that have fluttered down a quarter-mile stretch of busy road. Expect to wrangle it into shape... and if you don't have to then your weekend schedule suddenly cleared up.
