Skillsoft Limited, a pioneer in technology-delivered learning solutions, announced today that its subsidiary, Skillsoft Corporation, has entered into a definitive agreement for the acquisition of SumTotal Systems from affiliates of Vista Equity Partners, a US-based private equity firm.
